• Orders: A request by You to purchase Services from Us.
• Website: Stellar AI Solutions, accessible from www.stellaraisolutions.com.
• You: The individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

Refund Policy for Services

Social Media AI (Free Trial Period)

If you have purchased the Social Media AI, this service is free until March 1st, 2025. No refund is applicable during this period.

Other Services (Reviews AI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, Stellar Growth System)

You may request a full refund after onboarding and using the service for 30 days.

Conditions:

• You must schedule two (2) 20-minute progress pulse calls per month during this period. These calls are critical for providing feedback, tracking progress, comparing baseline KPIs, and allowing us to make improvements.
• If the required calls are not scheduled or attended, no refund will be provided, and your account may be canceled if you choose so.
• If you continue using the service after 30 days, this refund policy will remain in effect for an additional 30 days (a total of 60 days from onboarding). All conditions stated above apply.
